Not every site is identical, getting a price isn't as straight forward as it would seem. However, as a rule of thumb, the current price (2024) of a concrete pad is around £150 per square metre. 

 

This is based on a level area with good access - to include materials and labour and removal of spoil. 

Additional items include a single course of bricks around the perimeter, retaining walls and additional labour for unsympathetic sites.
